can I order your programs and what is the cost? A.: You can get the pricing info and/or purchase any of our program at: /register/index.htm. If you want to purchase any of our programs, choose the program name and type of payment and follow the link. Q.: We are looking for cross-platform Ansi C libraries for converting images to thumbnails. Do you have such libraries or know of any? A.: Sorry, but we do not develop cross-platform ANSI C libraries. Q.: I am at your site right now and I can't seem to find your Submit New Added Program section. This is where I can submit information on my new Free Mp3 Program to be listed on your site. Can you please tell me where this section is or better yet let me know if I can reply back with my program name and other information about the program so you can link to it from your site? A.: Sorry, but we are not a software archive. We are a developer group and we present only our programs. Q.:I've downloaded the commercial version, but there are no instructions on how or where to register it. A.: Please unzip downloaded ZIP-file into any empty folder and launch "setup.exe" file, that will be appear after unzip. The program setup setup will be started. Use your serial number in the setup authorization dialog. Q.: I could use your program. The demo looks nice. But I need the product NOW. If I register online - do I get to download the real thing right away, or do I have to wait for a CD to be shipped to me? A.: You will can download the commercial version of a program after payment. Our distributors will send you by e-mail the commercial version URL and serial number for the program within 12 hours after a payment. You can get the purchased program on CD-ROM, too. But you should register by RegSoft only and should pay $13 USD more. Q.:Can I get the e-mail of the person who is using the program now? A.: You cannot get e-mail addresses of our users. We ensure security of this information. Q.: What does a demo version mean and how is it different from the commercial version. Is there a free version for non-commercial (home) use? A.: Demo version has same characteristics as the commercial. But the demo version placed the "Demo version / www.fcoder.com" label into any converted(saved) images. Demo version is free for use. If you want to get a commercial version (for business or home use), please enter this page: /register/index.htm select a program and payment type and fill in the registration form. Q.: I do not like pay in online mode. Do you have any another way for a payment? A.: The online payment is very reliable and fast. But you can purchase any of our programs by postal post, fax or phone. At our register page select the program name and the payment type and read instructions. Q.: I want to purchase 15 copies of your program. Can I get any discount? A.: Yes, you can! Look for discounts information at register page. Q.: How can I uninstall your program? A.: You can uninstall any of our programs with using "Start=>Settings=>Control Panel=>Add/Remove Programs". Select the removed program name and press "Add/Remove" button. Q.: I currently have a need for converting images from Visual Basic. I see you have a product that performs this via a web page (ThnImage.dll from /products/thnimage.htm). Is there any chance this DLL could be called directly from visual basic to do the conversion from Visual Basic? A.: We do not sale a graphic engines for embedding and using into another programs. But you can use 2GIF.EXE, 2JPEG.EXE, 2BITMAP.EXE or/and 2TIFF.EXE for your images converting. Q.: I have downloaded your program but I can't open it. A.: At first you should un-zip downloaded file to empty folder (you can use, for example, WinZip).
